Super 8s Rules

❗️For 3hr, 6hr, HM - no age category points will be awarded for places, only 10 points for the completion of at least 10k

❗️If you are unable to attend the 5k or 10k event times, you may do the distance within the 3hr or 6hr times and still be rewarded your 5 or 10 points. You will not be eligible for age category points.mmIt is important you let the organisers and timers know if you plan to do this.
